The turning point came when I realized that small businesses were dealing with the same fundamental technology challenges as enterprise companies, but without the resources or expertise to solve them properly. Having managed complex IT challenges on a massive scale, I found working with smaller Far North businesses incredibly rewarding—applying skills I’d developed on complex projects to create practical solutions for growing businesses.
